Common And Drake Engage In Lyrical Feud

Fans have witnessed another lyrical battle, as rappers Common and Drake had a verbal sparring match — again.

According to PopCruch.com, this is not the first time the two have gone head-to-head in a war of words. Last year, Common drew the first sword when he insulted Drake in the song “Sweet” from his album “The Dreamer/The Believer.”

Now, Drake is firing back.

According GlobalGrind.com, Drake was featured in Rick Ross’ music video, “Stay Schemin,” where he calls Common out, saying, “I just ask that when you see me, you speak up n*gga that’s all. Don’t be ducking like you never wanted nothing.”

In rebuttal, Common released a remix of the song to MTV.com, which included a diss aimed at Drake.

The feud has made its way to Twitter and followers are not impressed with the conduct of the two rappers.

@JeremyNicolls tweeted: “This Common & Drake Beef is so Immature.”

@Fqk_uR_FeeLingZ tweeted: “I really dont care about Common & Drake beefin….they clearly dont pay my bills for me to be worrying about them…#NEXT”

@TheLatifah tweeted: “Actual beef is more appealing to me than this common/drake beef….and I’m a vegetarian.”

With no end to the feud in sight, we have to wonder, who will make the next move?
