It is easy to take for granted the extensive production process that is behind the uniquely conceptualized, well-recorded and expertly edited YouTube videos that we see on partner channels every day. While viewers may not think twice about your hard work before trolling your videos, the good news for YouTube creators is that YouTube does.
YouTube consistently does everything it can to help new and current creators produce high quality content and increase subscription numbers. True to form, YouTube has done it again by announcing on their Creators Blog that they will be launching a whole set of production-centered workshops for creators. The workshops will use Google Plus Hangouts to tutor creators through the various stages of production every Wednesday at noon (3 p.m. ET) on the YouTube Creators Google Plus page.
Any successful new media artist knows that mastering the production process is vital for creating content that people actually want to watch; for this reason, NMR wanted to spotlight these Hangouts, which are guaranteed to provide creators with invaluable tips about production from industry professionals. The production workshops kick off tomorrow (7/18) with an overview of YouTube products and will continue on through October. We don’t want you to miss out on what we think is an amazing opportunity to learn from the best, so we’ve kindly included the complete workshop schedule.
