Probably not a surprise to anyone given the show’s popularity, but the hit YouTube web sitcom “MyMusic” has been officially green-lit for a second season. Created by influential YouTube creators Benny and Rafi Fine, “MyMusic” was first launched as part of YouTube’s premium channel initiative and received over 26 million views in its first season.

The series, starring Adam Busch of TBS’s “Men at Work” and the always-excellent Grace Helbig from My Damn Channel’s “Daily Grace,” has been praised for its interactive, multi-platform format, which allows viewers to follow the show on a variety of outlets including Twitter and YouTube.

In a press release, Benny Fine explained season one’s success:

“We had an overwhelming fan response in Season 1 and we definitely couldn’t have made it to a second season without their viewership and participation.”

The Fine Brothers are most well known on YouTube for their viral series “Kids React.” Together, the duo has gained over 730 Million video views across their slate of programming, which won them a Daytime Emmy in 2012.

Joining the cast of “MyMusic” season two will be Lee Newton and Paul Butcher of past Nickelodeon series “Zoey 101.” The second season is now in production and will likely premiere in late Summer 2013.
