Meet the cat everyone’s proclaiming to be the next Lil Bub, the new Tardar Sauce, the next President of the Internet: Jarvis P. Weasley.

Jarvis the cross eyed cat

Of course, cats don’t turn into memes if they’re just any old house felines. They have to be physically “special”  in some way — Tardar is grumpy because he has feline dwarfism and an underbite, while Lil Bub is also a dwarf, albeit one that has extra fingers, no teeth and a stubby lower jaw. Basically, what makes them internet winners is that they’re genetic losers. As you can see above, Jarvis’ lil’ wheel of fortune landed on “crossed eyes.” Roll out the red carpet, folks — a kitty superstar is on the horizon.

According to the Daily Mail, little Jarvis P. Weasley —  named after rocker Jarvis Cocker and Harry Potter character Ron Weasley – was abandoned on a roadside in Oakland, Calif. when he was only 4 months old. After his rescue and a stint in an animal shelter, Jarvis was eventually taken in by his current owner, Daria Kelly. Ka-ching. Now 5 years old, Jarvis is taking the internet by storm! … Okay, more like a light sprinkling, but whatever.

Peruse the gallery below to experience the “Wait, is he looking at me or you?” splendor that is Jarvis P. Weasley.
