According to nvonews.com, the iPad 3 is rumored to release in February 2012 based on the release dates of the other two iPads. The original iPad launched on April 2010 and the iPad 2 launched in March 2011.
Based on Apple’s yearly release pattern, nvonews.com predicted the iPad 3 would launch in either April or March, but they reported that Richard Gardner, Citi analyst, wrote in a research note that the Apple is ready to disclose the iPad 3 and that “it will come up in February itself.”
Gardner also said that there are no visible hurdles to stall the launch date of the iPad 3. In fact, it’s quite the contrary. Nvonews.com said some key reasons for the launch date to have been pushed up is because of some tough competition with the upcoming Windows 8, the Android OS, Tegra 3 processor and Android’s 4G LTE connectivitty.
