[UPDATE] Watch Jay-Z’s concert live stream below!
Brooklyn’s new Barclays Center arena is up and ready, and Jay-Z is opening up the new home for the Brooklyn Nets, of which he is part-owner, by performing a series of eight concerts.
However, if you’re not lucky enough to attend one of those performances in Brooklyn, you can watch his eighth and final concert at the Barclays Center Saturday streamed live on YouTube. The event, which will go live at 9:30pm ET/6:30pm PT, coincides with the launch of Jay-Z’s new YouTube channel Life + Times, which is an extension of his hip-hop culture site.
Jay-Z’s Life + Times channel will feature a lineup of what it calls “in depth lifestyle piece” based on Jay-Z’s tastes. According to USA Today, some of the upcoming programming includes a documentary series following the Brooklyn Nets titled “The Road to Brooklyn” and the interactive fan program “Roc Nation Check-In.” Life + Times is one of the more than 100 YouTube original channels featuring prominent celebrities and production companies that the company has been pushing in the past year.
