1.3 Million-Viewed Video Shows the ‘After Ever After’ In Disney Fairytales [HINT: Beastiality & STDs]

Disney lovers, it is time we faced the realization that the idea of “Happily Ever After” isn’t all that it’s cracked up to be. When you were a little kid sitting in the movie theater seats watching the romance blossom between your favorite Disney couple, you couldn’t imagine a more perfect love than theirs. Yes, many of the couples were different species (Belle and the Beast, Ariel the mermaid and Eric the human), but in the end, they made us believe we too would find that special person to ride into the sunset with.

But as we inevitably grew up, it began to dawn on us bit by bit that though Disney is the best, some things about it are just a little wacky. Don’t hate me, Disney fans, you know it’s true. In his newest YouTube parody “After Ever After,” comedian Jon Cozart tells the tale of what really happened after we closed our Disney storybooks. Mashing together four recordings of himself singing four parody songs about our favorite princesses — Ariel, Pocohantas, Belle and Jasmine — Cozart keeps us laughing about all the complications that make up “happily ever after.” While I don’t want to ruin the video for you, I will tell you STDs, oil spills, beastiality and terrorism all have a cameo. A tough break for us all as we come to realize that “happily ever after” may just be “after.”
