‘Eff You, Gwyneth Paltrow!’ Tumblr Is The New ‘Mean Girls’ Burn Book Of The Internet

Show of hands: who here actually likes Gwyneth Paltrow? Anybody? Bueller?

This month, Paltrow was named by People magazine as “the most beautiful woman in the world” beating out fellow Hollywood superstars Kerry Washington, Amanda Seyfried, Jennifer Lawrence and Halle Berry for the prized front cover spot. And while Paltrow may be the “most beautiful,” I recommend she not hold her breathe for winning any titles that involved the words “most beloved,” “people’s choice” or “Miss Congeniality.”

Following People’s announcement, the internet world practically imploded as Gwyneth haters took to Twitter to remind us of Paltrow’s most notoriously obnoxious moments. (Like when she told Elle magazine, “I am who I am. I can’t pretend to be somebody who makes $25,000 a year.” Gag me.) Wanting the capture all the action, the Tumblr “Eff You, Gwyneth Paltrow!” has become an internet burn book that would make even the cold heart of Regina George melt with pride. The Tumblr collects people’s Twitter reactions to the news of Paltrow being crowned “the most beautiful person in the entire universe,” and reading them all in a row, you’ll feel like a gossip high school girl again. So grab a glass of wine and enjoy some good Paltrow bashing. Trust me, it’s good for the soul.
