If you want dibs on Daft Punk’s first original album in eight years, “Random Access Memories,” you don’t have to wait for May 21. Reddit user Username12368 went on the Daft Punk subreddit claiming he had the actual album available and told other users, “PM me for a link. THIS IS NOT A JOKE.”
More than 200 people commented on Username12368’s post about the supposed Daft Punk leak, and quite a few since have claimed to have downloaded the unreleased album. To sum up the overall mood, AFellowofLimitedJest wrote: “It’s real. It’s real. Oh god, it’s real!”
