SoulPancake Reminds Us to Chill the F*ck Out Sometimes in New Video

Rainn Wilson’s internet baby, SoulPancake, released a video yesterday posing a question we often forget to ask ourselves while we’re caught up in the whirlwind of daily living: Have you found Zen lately? Life in the 21st century is weird. Our daily routines are muddled with unnecessary stress and never ending to-do lists. Traffic is a fucking nightmare. Bills need to be paid. Sometimes it feels nearly impossible to keep a smile on our faces. To answer the question, they assembled a small white room on the hectic Hollywood Boulevard and asked passersby to take a few minutes out of their day to collect themselves and their thoughts, and find their happy place. Emerging from the white room, the relief on their faces is a powerful reminder for all of us to just take a few minutes each day to chill the fuck out. So uh … yeah. Namaste or whatever.
