Live Streaming eSports Platform Twitch To Be Native Application For Xbox One

Online video game broadcasting platform Twitch  will be released as a native application within the Xbox One. Launched in 2011, Twitch has become the web’s premiere destination for live stream and recorded electronic sports sessions.

The Xbox One compatibility will now allow users to instantly upload their online matches to Twitch. This new functionality will massively influence both electronic sports commentators and participants, as previously recording live stream footage from consoles required a powerful PC and expensive capture cards.

The Xbox One will release to 21 markets in November.
