Redditor Re-Edits Entire ‘Arrested Development’ Season 4 Into Chronologically Ordered Episodes

The main criticism about the fourth season of “Arrested Development” is that the episodes focus on a single character with intersecting storylines instead of being part of an overarching storyline. The lack of an overall storyline has disappointed rabid fans of the series, which made its return on Netflix in May after a seven-year absence.

Fortunately for fans who detest the latest season of “Arrested Development,” user Morphinapg announced on the Reddit page for the series that he had re-edited the entire fourth season in chronological order and made it available for download.

Morphinapg explained in his post: “I did as much as I could to make these feel like real episodes. I made sure to separate the episode by storylines, rather than looking for specific times. I also included the opening theme, which I modified myself, and also the ‘on the next Arrested Development’ as well as the credits.”

The Reddit user said that he tried to make the narration feel natural between different scenes throughout the series, but had difficulty when it came to merging episodes with different musical scores and bigger scenes with multiple perspectives.

He added: “I can’t 100% guarantee the accuracy of my ordering, but I feel like I did a pretty good job.”
