Look at good guy Toyota over here. The multinational automotive company is reaching deep for the next 30 days with their latest, sure-to-be-viral video campaign. Toyota, after implementing their Toyota Production System (TPS) at charity organization Metro World Child, has decided to donate 1 meal to Food Bank For New York City every time the above video is viewed, up to 125,000 meals.
The charity program, Meals Per Hour was created to help residents in the Far Rockaways who were hit the hardest by Hurricane Sandy. According to the official Meals Per Hour blog:
“Toyota has already committed 250,000 meals, and their goal is to donate up to 125,000 more on behalf of the good folks who take the time to watch this video.”
So, check out the video, which is currently stuck at a promising 301+ as of now, and do a little good this morning instead of posting shitty comments on Reddit — or do both, yeah, do both.
