Fans of Talia Joy Castellano, the 13-year-old YouTube makeup guru who is battling terminal cancer, are being asked to fulfill her “bucket list” in case she cannot live to complete them all.
In a post by her official Facebook fan page Angels for Talia on Tuesday, the page manager posted photos of Talia’s “bucket list” — 74 things that she wanted to do before she died. Many responded to the Facebook page by suggesting that they wanted to help achieve some of her wishes.
The Facebook page responded that they have “another social media movement taking place” in light of Talia’s cancer fight and encouraged them to complete #taliasbucketlist: “If you do an item on her list, please take a picture and send it to us here on the feed and we’re going to create and album specifically for the photos that are sent in. When you post the pictures, please use the hash tag #taliasbucketlist so that we can find them easily to add them. Thank you all so much for helping Talia with her list!”
Many of her close friends and family have kept vigil at Orlando’s Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children in the past few weeks as she in the final stages of her battle with cancer. Talia said in a YouTube video in March that her cancer had spread to her right hip and skull, and doctors have told her that she only had months to live.
