Instagram Plays Catch-Up, Adds Embed Feature In Website Update

Recently, a software developer created a website that lets Instagram users embed videos and photos. The “Embed Instagram” website came as a relief for Instagram users frustrated that the site didn’t have an embed feature for its photos and videos.

Now Instagram users don’t have to go to a third-party site to embed their photos or videos thanks to the app’s website update that includes an embed feature. Embeds are only available for photos, videos and accounts that are public.

To get an embed code for a photo or video from the Instagram website, click on the photo or video. Once you’ve entered the dedicated photo or video page, you will see a share button is on the right side. Click the share button and you will see the embed code for the photo. Copy the code and paste it on your website or blog.
