International Space Station Astronaut Shows How To Wash Hair in Space in Viral Video

When the International Space Station crew isn’t performing covers of David Bowie songs for a global audience, they have other important things to do like spacewalking, upgrading its equipment, and yes, washing their hair.

American astronaut Karen Nyberg demonstrates how she keeps her hair clean in zero gravity in a video posted by the InsideNSS channel, the YouTube channel run by NASA that goes behind the scenes of the International Space Station. Nyberg is part of the 36th expedition crew consisting of American, Russian and European astronauts that are manning the space station.
