Orlando Bloom Sings ‘They’re Taking The Hobbits to Isengard’ In 5 Million+ Viewed Farewell ‘Hobbit’ Video

After shooting his final scenes as Legolas in the “Hobbit” movie series in which he was battling an Orc for 12 hours of filming, Orlando Bloom and director Peter Jackson had a little fun on the set.

The director talked about saying farewell to Legolas, as well as his other “Lord of the Rings” characters Gandalf and Tauriel: “When we finally got the day done, we said goodbye to Orlando, had a couple of beers … and couldn’t resist doing this!”

Jackson filmed Bloom, in his Legolas costume, singing an early YouTube classic, “They’re Taking The Hobbits to Isengard,” and posted it on his official YouTube channel.
