SDCC 2013: Jack Black Premieres New Yahoo Screen Web Show ‘Ghost Ghirls’ [INTERVIEW]

Immediately after a panel unveiling upcoming Yahoo Screen web series “Ghost Ghirls,” NMR sat down to talk with the show’s executive producer Jack Black. “When dealing with a brand new medium like the internet, you’re going to have more freedom to do what you want and get a little wild and crazy,” Black explained.

Sporting the tagline “What if Lucille Ball and her gal pal Ethel were ghostbusters?,” the new web show follows two paranormal investigators as they help lost spirits cross over, which, of course, never goes according to plan per the “I Love Lucy”-inspired tagline.

“Ghost Ghirls” will land on Yahoo Screen this fall joining comedy series “Burning Love.”
