“Nerdy Nummies” host and creator Rosanna Pansino entertained some very special guests: the Muppets.
Swedish Chef — who, for the record, is one of the funniest Muppets characters — and (sigh) Miss Piggy stopped by the No. 2 cooking channel on YouTube (with 1.6 million subscribers and over 260 million views). “I cannot look. It’s like my Kermie got into an accident crossing the street,” Miss Piggy wails when Pansino rolls out the green dough with a rolling pin.
“Nerdy Nummies,” if you’re like me and prefer to read before watching the video, is an awesomely smart cooking show where they basically make nerd creations — like brownie Rubik’s Cubes and things of that nature.
The Muppets were visiting to promote their new movie — an exciting trend that can lend itself to some really awesome partnerships down the road — think the cast of Sourcefed cagefighting the Real Housewives of El Segundo or wherever … awesome, right?
