As the dew forms up on blossoming flowers, newborn woodland critters take their first steps, and Old Man Winter retreats back into the hell from whence he came, IT’S ALMOST TIME FOR VIDCON!!!!!!!!
You know it, you love it, you crave it. It’s that time of year again when NMR can finally begin talking about the biggest and best of all the YouTube-themed conventions: VidCon.
The event, which takes place June 26-28 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, Calif. will play host to more than 18,000 online video fans, content creators, entertainment industry executives and YouTube personalities including yours truly (if they don’t fire us staffers and sell the NMR name to the National Missile Repository — again!).
Online video personalities who are confirmed to attend VidCon include Philip DeFranco, iJustine, Hank and John Green, The Gregory Brothers, Jack Harries (Jacksgap), Hannah Hart, Ian Hecox and Anthony Padilla (Smosh), Grace Helbig, Dan Howell and Phil Lester (Danisnotonfire and AmazingPhil), Charlie McDonnell, Tyler Oakley, Charles and Alli Trippy (CTFXC — Hmm, this one could be interesting), Toby Turner, Freddie Wong, Craig Benzine (Wheezy Waiter), Dane Boe (Annoying Orange), Michael Buckley, Shay Carl, Shane Dawson, Dave Days, Tanya Burr, Jim Chapman, Marcus Butler, Caspar Lee, Troye Sivan, Zoella Sugg, Alfie Deyes, Our2ndLife, The Fine Brothers, Mamrie Hart, Rhett & Link, Tessa Violet, SourceFed, Mark Malkoff, Bethany Mota and dozens of others.
Of course, as the date draws ever closer to fruition, we will continually update the content and let you know what the hell is going down with the wildest three days in June. And of course we’ll be sure to let you know where the Sourcefed crew are going to be holding their annual blood orgy (man, I look forward to that blood orgy every year).
Be sure to keep checking back daily and to share this post with everyone you know so we can achieve the proper level of excitement!
