Just in case you wanted to feel guilty about the consistency of your workouts (or lack-thereof), we have some breaking YouTube fitness news for you! The BeFit channel, launched in 2012 through Lionsgate, has reached the milestone of 1 million subscribers.
This solidifies BeFit’s multi-channel dominance according to BeFit’s general manager Kajsa Vikman, who said in a press release: “BeFit is at the pinnacle of online fitness and we are poised to continue our growth with the addition of new channels and transformational original content.”
Until the day comes that watching a workout burns as many calories as actually doing one, we shall continue reveling in our Cheeto-eating, binge-watching-Netflix glory.
