Elephants Dance to Classical Music, Become Viral Stars

If someone created an all-animal version of “Dancing With The Stars,” these two pachyderms would be a shoo-in for the top prize. Caught on video loving themselves some violin, these elephants might need to get an agent because if NMR knows our viral stars (and we do!), this zoo is about to become a lot more popular.

So how did the video come about? Creator Eleanor Bartsch posted the following explanation to her YouTube page: “Me warming up for my performance of the Bach Concerto for Two Violins with the Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra at the Circus World Museum in Baraboo, WI. I decided to go outside and play a bit for Kelly and Viola, 44 and 45 year-old elephants that have lived together for most of their lives. I found out that elephants REALLY like Bach…”
