Gawker has noticed a strange trend: videos of women apparently orgasming on this amusement park ride in Malta. Yes, videos — as in multiple. It’s no surprise that videos purportedly showing women orgasming would do huge numbers online — but when the videos all come from the same ride … even more curiously, it always seems to be the same seat. Busted harness? Is it time to buy a plane ticket to Malta?
This ride, a human slingshot, films the expressions of the riders as they are whipped into the air. Everybody screams at least a little, but the videos of women appearing to orgasm are being posted online and attracting millions of views. Is this the beginning of a new viral video trend? Will the Malta Slingshot orgasm video replace the Ice Bucket Challenge?
