This Is What Happens Every Thanksgiving

In case you were wondering why getting full on Thanksgiving always seems to be such an awful feeling, ACSReactions has taken a moment this holiday season to explain why.

It should be noted that this doesn’t only happen on Thanksgiving but pretty much any time you decided to “eat with your eyes” so to speak. That said, a ton of food plus all that air you’re sucking in while eating is what creates that uncomfortable bloated feeling.

So maybe take it easy this year, and as soon as you’re starting to feel a little full maybe consider putting the utensils down and set aside the rest for some delicious leftovers the next day.

Share this article with your family, and maybe this Thanksgiving will be a little less painful!
