UPDATE 5/4/15 (May the 4th be with you) 1:34 PM EST: Okay, so our good buddy Joshua Weildling has informed us that “All that the Warped YouTubers will be doing are daily meet & greets at the YouTuber tent.” Well that’s a crock of shit — it’s almost if someone didn’t research this article at all before they wrote it… as if they were a terrible “journalist” … hmm.
The Vans Warped Tour 2015 is opening its arms to YouTube, realizing that there is popularity on the video platform that could translate to $$$.
Several YouTube stars will be appearing on the various stages at the touring mega-concert that specializes in music of the punk persuasion. Austin Jones, Jordan Sweeto, Bryan Stars, Damon Fizzy and Johnnie Guilbert have all been contracted to kick ass and take names … musically.
And considering we recently reported on Austin’s robbery and Indiegogo salvation, the concert is probably coming at a good time for him.
