The hottest footage to emerge out of Comic-Con this weekend is the early-release trailer for 2016’s Suicide Squad movie featuring Will Smith and Jared Leto as the Joker — which understandably drew the most cheers.
The trailer, which is bootlegged onto a fan’s phone, is apparently a big no-no in the eyes of YouTube, as many YouTubers are willing to post reaction footage but not the video itself. I haven’t seen this since 2 Girls 1 Cup.
Apparently, YouTube is cracking down hard here. They don’t want this footage on their hands and are issuing strikes to YouTubers who try, although by all accounts, the trailer looks amazing.
Whereas I was formerly leery of this property from Warner Bros. I am now fully on board. It’s safe to say 2016 cannot get here soon enough.
