With DC’s other live action shows scattered across the CW, Fox, and CBS, a crossover is unlikely. Even with Deathstroke as a recurring villain on Arrow, Titans would be best served building its own version of Deathstroke from scratch given his long and complicated relationship with the team.

Aside from Arrow’s adaptation of the League of Assassins, the shared universe of ArrowThe Flash, and (maybe?) Supergirl have only lightly touched on the Batman mythology with references to Gotham City. With Gotham taking place years before Bruce Wayne first suits up, and seemingly in its own continuity, Titans would be free to adapt villains and supporting characters from the Batman mythology as needed. Given the roles of Nightwing and Oracle, it’s likely that Titans will reference Batman directly, but not necessarily use him in the show. He has to exist in the world of Titans, even if he exists off-screen.
